Substrate requirement
The substrate must comply with the relevant standards, be sound, stable, free from loose particles, dust, dirt, oil, mould release agent residues and efflorescence.
Substrate temperatures between +5°C and +25°C are recommended.
Substrate preparation
Before starting work, cover the surfaces to be protected. Repair any defects in the masonry at least three days before applying the plaster. Remove any unstable old plaster. Use base plaster to fill in large cracks and grooves of pipes.
At least 1 day prior to application, apply a pre-sprinkler to ensure uniform absorbency, stability, and adhesion of the wall.
Preparation of the mixture
Pour 25 KG of CEMIX 2012 ONE LAYER PLASTER into 6 L of clean water. Mix using a concrete mixer, horizontal mixer (e.g. PFT HM24), mixing machine or by hand.

Processing instructions
Apply the material onto the wall using a mason’s spoon, trowel or plastering machine. Level the surface with a lath. The recommended layer thickness is 10-20 mm indoors and 20 mm outdoors. To level very uneven masonry you must apply several layers to achieve a larger thickness. Before applying the second layer, roughen the substrate using a plastering comb to ensure proper adhesion. To strengthen not uniform substrates, embed a reinforcing glass fiber mesh in the upper third of the applied plaster.

Maximum layer thickness | 20 mm |

Treatment after application
Protect the plaster during hardening from premature drying in warm, windy weather by spraying with water. The plastered surface can be covered with tiles, wallpaper, paint, mineral plaster, or smoothing plaster.
Tool and cleaning instructions
Wash off tools with water immediately after finishing work. Clean dried residues mechanically.
