Not suitable for use on heated substrates, under conditions of temperature-induced deformations, or for outdoor applications.

Substrate requirement
The substrate must comply with the applicable standards, must be solid, free of loose particles, free of dust, paint, residues of demoulding agents and efflorescence. It must be sufficiently rough, dry and evenly absorbent. The surface shall not be frozen or water-repellent. The substrate shall be stable in volume and have required flatness.
Substrate preparation
Depending on the water absorption of the substrate and climatic conditions, the following actions may be required: use Cemix 2613 PRIMER on absorbent substrates. Roughen smooth substrates if necessary.
For uneven substrates, follow this installation procedure: apply the adhesive to the surface according to the instructions and also to the back of the tile (buttering method). Level all substrate irregularities using suitable Cemix materials and allow them to dry and cure. The substrate must comply with applicable regulations, standards, or the material manufacturer’s recommendations.
Preparation of the mixture
Pour 25 kg of CEMIX 8200 TILE ADHESIVE into 4.75 – 5.5 liters of clean water. Mix for 5 minutes using a slow-speed paddle mixer until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture is obtained. Allow the mixture to rest for 3 minutes, then briefly mix again.

Processing instructions
CEMIX 8200 TILE ADHESIVE is suitable for tile installation on uneven substrates. If leveling is required, first apply a thicker layer and distribute it using a straightedge or trowel. Form the required adhesive thickness by filling the substrate irregularities. Do not exceed the maximum permissible layer thickness of 30 mm.
When installing tiles on an even substrate, apply the adhesive in an even layer using a notched trowel. Apply the adhesive to the substrate and spread it with the notched trowel, keeping the trowel at a consistent angle to form an even layer. For reliable and uniform contact, it is recommended to also apply adhesive to the back of the tile. Do not apply more adhesive than can be covered with tiles within the open time.
Place the tile onto the fresh adhesive and press it with a slight sliding movement. To ensure full and uniform contact between the tile and adhesive, it is recommended to use a tile vibrator. Move the vibrator over the tile surface until the required contact with the adhesive layer is achieved and any possible air voids are removed. For larger tiles, it is recommended to additionally apply adhesive to the back of the tile.
Immediately remove adhesive residue from the tile surface using a sponge and clean water.
Install the tiles within 15 minutes after applying the adhesive. The open time may vary depending on temperature, humidity, substrate absorbency and application conditions. Do not install tiles on the adhesive if a film has formed on its surface.
Pot life: up to 150 minutes after mixing (pot life may vary depending on temperature and application conditions).
Carry out work at air, substrate and material temperatures from +5 °C to +35 °C. Do not use the material at temperatures below +5 °C or above +35 °C, or when there is a risk of frost. Maintain the recommended temperature range throughout all stages of the work. Protect the completed tiling from heat, moisture, precipitation and drafts during and after application.
Consumption: approximately 1.4 kg/m² per 1 mm of layer thickness. Actual consumption may vary depending on the type and evenness of the substrate, tile size and back profile, layer thickness and application method.

Non-absorbent tiles prolong the curing period.
Avoid sun, heat, humidity and draughts. Protect from frost. Direct heating of the surface is not permitted.
Tool and cleaning instructions
After finishing work, wash the tools immediately with clean water. Remove dried residues mechanically.
Smaller deposits can be removed with acetic (diluted acetic acid) or a special cement paint cleaner.
